I AM A MOM…

 As a single mom,

·         I will help and give them space to explore their identities.

·         I leave it to the Lord in raising my children.

·         I am also a disciplinarian. I want to be a cool mom also but as a single mom, I insist on the value of education and on learning the good moral values in life. Maybe soemday I may soetimes be misunderstood by my children and I am also have to explain to the kids my perspective. If I have a ahubby, as a wife, I will never opposed what my husband’s said/disciplining. That’s only confuse children.

·         Hope  they will not be a rebellious children and accepts what parents say as a means of a good communication  to them

The secret: Explain to them first then they tell you what they feel.

·         I will teach them to develop sertain critical thinking. I will talk to them and analyze why they should do things that way so that eventually they will make their decisions (this is what most parents do). .

·         LIFE SKILL: “Self –Directed Engaged Learning”

Where the children are guided in planning their activities and setting time for study

·         Hope they will learn how to make a commitment and stick to it.
