Whenever Maicko has diaper rash I apply Balmex diaper rash with Zinc Oxide. It was given by Aunt Marlene from USA. I thought this was just for babies only but I discovered more with this cream. IT can also for adults. When I got “pilas”(in Bisaya) I tried to applied and I feel great after. It was dry.

I also give this to my parents who are both have “pilas” one day. And they feel great .They really said that it was really effective. Thanks to this!
